Macclesfield Magistrates Court will close before the end of September. The Courthouse served East Cheshire including Macclesfield, Congleton areas. With the Courthouse closure the cases have in the main been transferred to Stockport but all custody cases transferring to Crewe (South Cheshire) Magistrates Court.
