The 23rd September 2016 is the day set for closure of Oldham Magistrates Court. All cases are being transferred to Tameside Magistrates Court (Ashton-Under-Lyne). Trafford Magistrates’ Court has now closed with cases for that courthouse now moved to Manchester Magistrates Court. Further court closures are in progress.
Unfortunately Buxton Magistrates Court closed on 29th June 2016. The Courthouse served North-West Derbyshire including High Peak areas.
