STOCKPORT | MANCHESTER | NORTH WESTIf you accrue 12 points on your licence within 3 years then the Court MUST disqualify you for a period of at least 6 months unless you (or your lawyer) can convince them it that to do so would cause you or someone who relies upon you exceptional hardship.
Ordinarily if the court envisages this possibility they will require you to attend in person and to potentially ask you to give evidence on oath. The matter will not therefore be dealt with by post.
