SEXUAL OFFENCES SENTENCING GUIDELINES
The Sentencing Council has published the definitive guideline on sexual offences on 12 December 2013 with the guideline will come into effect on 1 April 2014.
The guidelines covers 54 sexual offences ranging from rape to indecent images of children, exposure and voyeurism.
The guidelines outlines for consideration harm and culpability factors to be determined by the courts when sentencing these cases.
