2 New Members for our award-winning team

We are absolutely delighted to start 2021 with some positive news having recently recruited 2 new members to the Morton’s team. They are; 

Jenny Garwood LL.B (Hons)

Jenny is an Accredited Police Station Representative and Senior Crown Court Clerk. She has worked in criminal defence for almost two decades and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our team.

Her expertise is demonstrated in her attention to detail when preparing crown court cases, which are often serious, with potentially life changing consequences for her clients.

Jenny has an abundance of energy and enthusiasm which she deploys to defend those she represents.

Junaid Ashraf LL.B (Hons)

Junaid has joined Morton’s as a paralegal and is also studying to complete the Legal Practice Course and a Masters Degree in Law. Junaid is a bright, driven member of the team with a track record of working in a fast-paced environment under pressure.

He is currently deployed to undertake criminal defence casework and support the senior lawyers on the most serious cases. He has experience of analysing complex documentation in large scale drugs conspiracy cases.

Junaid also speaks Urdu, Punjabi and Gujarati.
